Carrots in a jar

If you want people to smile and laugh at your flowers, fill a pitcher with carrots so that they guard the perimeter and hold the flower stems in place..

This arrangement sparkles with gold and orange flowers. The picture was found in a 2005 addition 0f "today's creative homearts magazine" I think I will have to attempt to make this..doesn't look to hard
May the sun always shine on your windowpanes.

  2. That's a great Fall arrangement.

Zack is asking for carrots all the time. He doesn't want baby carrots anymore. He told me he wants the big ones. No more cucumbers. Now I just gotta teach him how to grate them himself. :)

I tried to go to your other blog a couple of days ago but only the header would open up. Maybe you were playing around with it at the time or something. I haven't been able to "follow" anyone lately. For some reason, the Google Friend Connect doesn't always work for me.

It's midnite and I really, really need to go to bed. Love, Tammy

  3. Wow - how pretty! I have seen that done with lemons, but I love the carrots - especially for fall. I'm gonna remember that! Thanks for stopping by. Linda
