Thank you for the prayers..

I want to thank all of you who left comments and said a prayer for my daughter in law. The accident she was in was a head on collision caused when a young man, going to fast and couldn't maneuver a curve . Thank the Lord  neither were hurt seriously and Judy will be comming home this afternoon and can follow up with her family doctor for the knee injury.. They say it took awhile to get Judy out of the car.  Thank goodness for seat belts and airbags.   Judy was following her sister and husband home when it happened so she had family there to help  support and comfort her .

I will sleep better tonight knowing she will be home and is not seriously hurt. When something like this happens three hours away and late at night it puts you on edge waiting for phone calls with test and x-ray results.
Again thank you for support - prayers and friendship

  1. I'm so relieved she is going to be all right. Prayers have been answered.

  2. Glad to hear all is well. Scary when you don't know, but since she is going home, that means her injuries are minor. Take care, love, T

  3. Elaine, I'm so glad to hear that your daughter in law is okay. I know that was a traumatic experience.

  4. Praise God! I am so glad she is OK. That was a very scary accident.
    hugs, Linda

  5. Thank you for stopping by my blog and for sharing your thoughts on the strange priorities of today's generation. I am with you there...maybe that's why my favorite decade is the 1940's. Oh, to have a time machine and live in another century than the one we're in.

Anyhow, I'm glad to hear your daughter-in-law is okay. That had to be a horrible experience. Hope the young man who hit her learns a lesson and changes his ways before he kills someone.

  6. Iam as well glad to hear the good news Elaine. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a nice comment and a funny one at that.Yes I agree the bows do look extremely large LOL.

    Happy Sunday ahead!
