Outdoor Wednesday

Oh what fun....The granddaughter is now twenty months old and has learned the fun you can have in a pile of leaves
The simple things we all remember doing as a child.

Have a wonderful day.

  1. She is sure a cutie and looks like she is having a lot of fun. Yes, I remember those days of raking leaves and the kids jumping in them.

  2. Good Morning Elaine Sweetie...
What a beautiful share with the gorgeous little grand daughter. Love the blonde hair. She is precious.

Isn't she having such fun in those leaves? I remember when our kids would rake for hours, just to get the biggest pile to jump in. I miss the seasons out here in Phoenix. Just not quite the same. None of my grands have played in a pile of leaves, nor have they seen real snow.

We are painting the exterior of the house tomorrow. I have had so much prep work to get ready. I have been exhausted. Got to get going this morning. Just wanted to pop in.

Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

  5. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE SHE IS 20 MONTHS ALREADY. THEY SURE GROW UP FAST DON'T THEY?
I REMEMBER JUMPING IN LEAVES WHEN I WAS LITTLE. ALSO DONE IT WHEN THE BOYS WERE YOUNGER. IT IS HOT HERE TODAY. RIGHT NOW IT IS 94 OUT THERE. SEND SOME OF THAT COOL WEATHER AND RAIN DOWN OUR WAY. WE COULD USE IT.
    LOVE KAY

  6. So cute! It makes me want to have a big yard with leaves and children to play in them...in due time I guess I will have them both.

  7. Aw...youth! Always fun to jump in those leaves at any age! I always have the urge when I leave work at night! The crunchiness of them under foot is so calming and fun! Anne
