A snowy day here along the lake. We are getting lake effect snow . I had to make a trip to the auction barn this morning and it was snowing very hard here at my home and I traveled two mile west and there was none falling...therefore lake effect snow.
Today I was in town for an eye exam and on the way home I stopped at my favorite thrift store.
I picked up a new friend . I think he has quite a personality.. ..and don't you love his clothes? I think I will incorporate him into my valentine window display. He cost me $2.00 and I think I got a real deal.
All I need is a name for him. He sure looks happy to see everyone.
Thanks for the visit and please remember to say a prayer for all those who are living in areas where mother nature has run amuck. I hope they are safe and warm and not in danger. Please stop by and visit Linda who is hostess of the Friday Junkin'Find

ReplyDeleteI agree with the name Chester.
Hope that you have a blessed weekend.
Chester sounds good. And he really is a cute little guy with that big grin on his face.

I'm glad you were able to get out in the snowy weather to find 'Chester'? He sure is in great condition....nice find. I've never heard of 'Lake Effect Snow'...course we don't have much snow or lakes in West Texas. That was very interesting. Nice to see you here on JFF.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog so I could meet you and "Chester". Oh, I love him so much! I would have snagged him up quick, too! How could someone part with him? Some people are just not in their right minds...
ReplyDeleteHugs- Tete
