A pink first in my yard

This is my first spring flower and it came up on the south side where the sun is. .. I'm still waiting for more of them to show themselves

My surgeries are over and I am resting here at home.  No strenuous activities and a liquid diet for to weeks.  They repaired them by laparoscope , both the hernia and gall bladder  The doc also found a femoral hernia that will be taken care of later.

I am going to curl up under my quilt  for warmth.

I have this cute little lamb  that I use as a tummy pal for coughing and sneezing..
The kids tell me it looks like Lamp Chop from Sherry Lewis..of course hers was not pink

I will be looking at lots of pink blogers this weekend since I can't to much.

  8. Happy Pink Saturday Elaine Sweetie...
Oh bandaids for the boo-boos sweet one. I am SO sorry to hear of the pain, but at least this time it is healing. Had my gall bladder taken out several years back, and what a blessing in itself to have no more pain. I truly thought I was going to die. It is a pain we do not forget.

I love your little lamb, and how sweet that is for the coughing and laughing help outs. I love it Elaine Sweetie. So cute. I still have my original Shari Lewis Lambchops puppet. I will have to get her out and share her one day. So sweet and thanks for the memory my precious friend.

Take it easy. No racing this weekend. Stay under that warm blanket and heal. I am sending you a virtual cup of tea, some hugs and lots of love sweetie. Get well soon my precious friend. You are so loved. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

  9. Oh my Elaine, You poor baby. I'm glad you have Lambie to help you and keep you company. I also hope you needed to lose a little weight. Since you can't eat it seems like you probably will whether you wanted to or not.
