We have all posted the valentines of love with flowers and victorian women but there are some we still have to see. The kind we received in our valentine boxes at school. Those with the cute little animals.
And then there is the ones with the little boys and girls
I hope all of you in blog land have a wonderful Valentine's day filled with sweet surprises.

ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day to you. Hope you are having a good day. These cards are adorable and certainly bring back memories. Somewhere around here I still have a manila folder from elementary school that holds the same sort of cards that were traded amongst classmates. It's about time to hit the hay around here. Take care! Love, T
ReplyDeleteElaine, this is such a sweet post. I remember well those days. The room mother would decorate a beautiful box. The children would place these types of cards in the box. On Valentine's Day they would be distributed. Oh, what memories. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletePlease come by my blog. Today I blogged about the beautiful ornament and valentines that I won in your giveaway. I thought today was the appropriate day for it to post. Thanks again for your beautiful gifts. I also love the lighthouse. We have several along our coast. They are always fascinating. Ginger
