So many blogs with beautiful valentines . I love Valentines Day. I have saved the cards my late husband gave me. I also have one that my father-in-law sent his wife many years ago. I will post it on my blog this week.
THE FAMOUS FRENCH LOVER OF ALL TIMES
Pepe LePew, the most romantic french lover comes to mind. He was always strolling the streets of Paris in the springtime when thoughts of "love" were in the air. Pepe is constantly seeking "l"amour" of his own. However, he has one huge turnoff to any prospective mates; his malodorous scent. Furthermore,he can't take "no" for an answer.blissfully convinced that the girl is flirting with him, even when she physically assaults him.
Hope you ladies all had a great day.
Hi ~ Oh my goodness, I had forgotten about Pepe LePew!!! He also had the bad habit of squeezing the girl up tightly against him as she is stuggling backward - not a turn on. I danced with a guy like that one time - not pleasant.
ReplyDeleteYour blog looks so pretty - love the borders. Well, I'm going to run on over to your daughter's blog to wish her a happy birthday - and hey, you're the one who did the hard part, giving birth to her - you should get a present too, don't you think?!!
Have a Beautifully Blessed 2010...

Oh you are Gwen's Mom! I'm so pleased to meet you! Your Valentine are beautiful. Old Pepe has always cracked me up. I don't know why I find him so amusing, it's just a good thing I can't smell him through the television! Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteThat first little valentine is so sweet. Is it crocheted? I need to get my creative juices flowing so I can make some stuff. Just cleaned the kids bedroom and taking a quick break before I start cleaning off the dining table. What a mess! Hope you are having a great day. Love ya, Tammy

I wish that Pepe would find a lover. He's so darn pushy and that combined with his ode'skunk scent, can be a real turn off for some girls!LOL

I love your valentine cards! They sure don't make them like that anymore! I've got to get going on some handmade Valentine cards myself. It's less than a month away! Have a wonderful day!
