A cold, crisp,clear day

After the blizzard and all the snow I did venture out today  to my favorite thrift store. It was hard to find a parking spot as the lot was full and the snow has been piled in several spots. There use to be parking spots where you see all this snow

I manged to find a couple of things. ...like this  Isaac Mizrahi clutch that was done for Target stores.

I also  bought these pretty little plates.

They were fifty cents each

I found a few other things.  Two old calenders and a 1924 Saturday Evening Post magazine.  The calenders have fruit crates pictures that  I am able to frame.
Please stop by Linda's for a list of those taking part today.

Have a safe weekend and stay out of the cold if possible and stay warm.

  1. Some great finds.
I especially like the plates - of course I have a few Longaberger Baskets and that is what is used as a model for the artist. -

We have snow piled in spots which also takes away parking places.
