Sunday Greetings and Blessings
Everyday Beauty
by Hazel Spaulding Franks
I have seen the best upon this earth
Though I have not traveled far;
I have peeped into a bluebird;s nest
And traced a falling star.
I have seen the might of thunderstorms,
The fragility of a tear.
The time timelessness of mountain heights,
The fleetness of a year
I have known the changing seasons,
The raindrops' silver shower,
The sharing of a whispered word,
The setting sun's brief hour.
These things I have seen are everyday--
We have but to use our eyes
To find the beauty of God's world
As boundless as His skies.
Beautiful flowers and a lovely poem.

ReplyDeleteBonjour Madame!
ReplyDeleteYou came by my blog by way of your daughter and I want to thank you for your kindness and sweet generosity with your comments. What a wonderful world God has given us so that we can communicate and find other souls that love HIM and are creative, witty, outrageously funny, all to support one another. Thank you Madame, and please, please visit again. I wish I could have a gathering of all the magnificent people who have come my way....
Blessings, Anita
