It's Friday.. where did the week go?

 This week just seemed to fly by. I want to say thank you to all who had me in their prayers this week while I had an abdominal hernia repair. The surgery went well and I am now on the road to healing. Of course I am a bit sore and I have sleep quite a bit.... that is probably why the week went so fast. I did make a few little note card pictures on polyvore to send to the grandkids for Halloween. Below is what I created.

A poem for trick or treating 

 

IT'S HALLOWEEN

It's Halloween! It's Halloween!
The moon is full and bright
And we shall see what can't be seen
On any other night.

Skeletons and ghosts and ghouls,
Grinning goblins fighting duels,
Werewolves rising from their tombs,
Witches on their magic brooms.

In masks and gowns we haunt the street
And knock on doors for trick or treat.
Tonight we are the king and queen,
For tonight it's Halloween!
